FORZA Pratama is looking for a dedicated Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
