As a Back End Collection Specialist, you will work closely with the collections team to ensure timely recovery of overdue amounts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and recover past-due accounts (91-210 days) for automotive loans
- Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates
- Conduct regular follow-ups with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans
- Analyze collection data to identify trends and improve recovery processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and escalate complex cases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and recovery rates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or a related field
- Strong understanding of credit risk and collections processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
