📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Commis Chef in preparing food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure the availability and freshness of ingredients.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
