📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.,Facilitate communication between employees and management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and implementation.,Assist in the performance management process, including conducting appraisals and providing feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Understanding of employee relations and conflict resolution.
