📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and feedback.,Negotiate offers and onboarding details with selected candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values.,Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
