📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive innovation and growth in AI data and safety.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities with external partners.
• Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and ensure seamless data flow.
• Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose new partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure compliance with data safety and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field.
• Proficient in using partnership management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and data safety best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
