PT Cakrawala Logistik is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and operation of our retail shop, ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of the retail shop, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote our products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Work with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and displays.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.,Physical ability to stand, lift, and move around the shop for extended periods.
