📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and edit technical articles, white papers, and case studies.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Work with graphic designers to ensure visual consistency in documentation.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software, hardware, or services in the industry.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
