📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information and sales transactions,Process customer orders and ensure accurate billing,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment,Promote products and special offers to customers,Handle cash and credit transactions securely,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus,Previous experience in electronics or retail industry is a plus,Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
