📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and soft drinks, to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to maintain optimal supply.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the bar area, ensuring it's clean and well-organized.
• Train and mentor new staff to maintain high service standards.
• Handle cash transactions and manage POS systems like Square or Toast.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to improve service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall service strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a beverage or bar service role.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using POS systems like Square or Toast.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of weight.
• Familiarity with food and beverage safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
