📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, and strategic partnerships.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.,Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development plans.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
