📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
