PT Pratama Mega is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join our team in Cilegon, Banten. This role is crucial for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit assigned customers to collect outstanding payments.,Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding amounts.,Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.,Report collection activities and progress to the supervisor.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the finance team to resolve collection issues.,Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in field collection or a related role.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
