📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and techniques.,Good organizational and time management skills.
