📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and manage IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.,Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics and new technologies.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.,Familiarity with common IT security protocols and practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
