📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.,Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.,Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze marketing performance.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English is a plus.
