Local Bay Indonesia is looking for a Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial support to the management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior accountant to gain experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports,Manage accounts payable and receivable,Process bank transactions and reconcile accounts,Provide financial support to the management team,Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast,Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations,Support the finance team in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting systems and processes
