PT Permata Tirta is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Outlet Manager to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of our outlet, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction, while also managing a team of outlet managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of outlet managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the outlet.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, ensuring that it is presentable to customers at all times.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote the outlet and drive foot traffic.,Provide regular reports to the regional manager on the performance of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS and inventory management software.,A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
