Indonesia Beverage is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Quality Control to join our team in Ciputat, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process from start to finish,Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits,Develop and implement quality improvement programs,Train and mentor quality control team members,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production process,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Food Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in the beverage industry,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations,Experience with quality control software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
