Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor, and other expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
