PT Sakti Property is seeking a talented and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth and success of PT Sakti Property.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of property management activities,Ensure the smooth functioning of all property management processes,Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the property management team,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency,Maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage the budget and financial aspects of property management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management,Strong understanding of property management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities,Knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
