📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance and ensure product availability.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and customer needs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.,Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.,Assist in the organization of sales events and exhibitions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to travel to different locations as required.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
