This role is crucial in shaping the company's human resources strategy and ensuring a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the HR function.,Act as a liaison between the HR department and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong background in HR management and employee relations.,Proven experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
