Our restaurant, Private Advertiser, is renowned for its authentic Chinese dishes and warm hospitality, located in the bustling areas of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a 1st/2nd Wok Chinese Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of Chinese dishes using the wok method, ensuring each dish is cooked to perfection. You'll work closely with our head chef and other kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes using the wok method, ensuring each dish is cooked to perfection.
• Work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience for customers.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques in Chinese cuisine.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are served promptly and to the satisfaction of our guests.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your culinary skills.
• Adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a wok cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, with a focus on wok cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including woks, gas stoves, and other cooking utensils.
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
