📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Design and customize D365 solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure client teams are proficient in using the new systems.
• Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support to address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of D365 with other enterprise systems.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and industry best practices.
• Provide regular reports and updates to clients on the progress of their projects.
• Participate in sales activities to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementations, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools and software, including Power Platform and AI Builder.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
