📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to foster professional growth.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
