📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior chefs in preparing meals and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Chop vegetables, cook dishes, and stock ingredients as required.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working order.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet meal preparation deadlines.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment or similar role.
• Familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment, including grills, ovens, and stoves.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and/or English is a plus.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one.
