📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Arts.
• Support classroom management and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational activities and resources.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction to support students' learning needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist in organizing and participating in extracurricular activities and events.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Promote a safe and respectful school environment for all students and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms.
• Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
