📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver welding courses to students of various skill levels.
• Mentor students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their welding goals.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Use industry-standard welding equipment such as ESAB Welding Machines, Lincoln Electric Welding Equipment, and Miller Welding Supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a welding instructor or in a related role.
• Certification as a Welding Instructor (CWI) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using welding equipment and tools.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
