📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the planning, execution, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure that projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that communication is clear and effective.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure project management.
• Certified civil engineer (e.g., Professional Engineer, PE).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
