As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance and repair activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the repairs and maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance and repair schedule to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of gasoline stations to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Work with engineers and technicians to develop and implement new technologies and systems to improve station performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available and delivered on time.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance and repair data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with station managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Ability to travel to different locations across Bali as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
