📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in creating and maintaining attractive and functional store displays.
• Work with our experienced team to optimize store layouts and improve the shopping experience for our customers.
• Learn and use various tools and software, such as Shelf Talker and Planogram Designer, to create and optimize our store layouts.
• Conduct store audits and provide feedback to ensure that our displays are up-to-date and meet our standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new merchandising strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that our displays are aligned with our overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in retail merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our team members and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in retail management, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
