In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, including our main restaurant, poolside bar, and fitness center café. You will work closely with our executive chef and beverage manager to develop and implement menus, manage staff, and ensure high standards of service and quality. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a memorable guest experience that aligns with our resort’s luxury brand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, including menus, staffing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest dining and beverage experiences.
• Manage and mentor a team of chefs, bartenders, and service staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with the executive chef and beverage manager to create and refine menus and beverage offerings.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Represent the resort at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Ensure that all food and beverage services align with the resort’s luxury brand and guest experience standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury or high-end resort setting.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Clover, Square) and restaurant management software (e.g., TouchBistro, Toast) is a plus.
• Passion for wellness, sustainability, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
